Kona Bicycles MTB Adventure

September 21st, 2014

Registration 9am - 11am

Come check out the newly improved LSF trail system!

We have planned fun and challenging routes for riders of all abilities and stamina. There will be two primary arrowed loops, one for novices and one for intermediate and advanced riders. Those looking to extend their ride and test their mettle can tackle one or more of the optional Hero side loops.

Hit the beach to cool off after your ride!

Event Schedule:

9:00 am to 11:00 am  Registration at NEMBA Tent
9:00 am to  3:00 pm  Self Guided Marked Course Opens

9:30am                     Novice Skills Clinic
10:00 am                   Led Rides
11:00 am                   Registration Closes
11:30 am to 1:00 pm   Lunch served

3:00 pm                       Course Closed (Still able to finish ride)
5:00 pm                       Gate Locked - All vehicles out of lot

Led Rides - Local riders will lead a group ride for each level starting around 10:00 a.m. The Novice ride will be at a relaxed pace with frequent stops and guidance through the technical sections. The Intermediate ride will be at a social pace with periodic stops. The Advanced ride will be faster paced with short rest stops and will include all of the Hero loops. We will also conduct a women's Intermediate ride if there is interest.

Self-Guided Rides - Maps showing the planned routes will be provided at the Registration Tent. We strongly encourage everyone to ride in groups, its more fun that way. The routes will be clearly marked with color coded arrows and there will be bailout options.

BBQ Funraiser for the Pan Mass Challenge.  Forza-G will be there in force to provide gourment pulled pork sandwiches, chips and a soft drink for a modest donation to the Pan Mass Challenge.

Cost: $10 for NEMBA members, $25 for non-members, and FREE to anyone joining NEMBA at the event. Kids 15 and Under Ride free with a registered parent or Guardian
