There are a number of good books on mountain biking in New England.
Try your local bike shop, outdoorsy-type store such as REI, EMS,
L.L.Bean, etc or try a large general-market bookstore. You should be
able to find many of the titles below all for less than $15 each.
NEMBA lists these books not to plug any specific author or retail
outlet but to encourage riders to learn about new places to ride. The
more different places people ride, the less access issues there will
be at the more popular urban riding spots.
If you would like to suggest a book, please email the NEMBA Webmaster.
